Workshops

Our workshops are designed for both people who want to develop their own knowledge and training as well as trainers and coaches that want implement the techniques with their own clients.

Endurance sports nutrition and hydration workshop

In the this workshop we teach you the key techniques to dial in your pre, post and during event nutrition and hydration. We also look at day to day nutrition and lifestyle habits to get the most from yourself or your client.

Endurance sports training workshop

In our training workshop we teach you strength and condition techniques for endurance sports. We teach power, heart rate and RPE training and how to implement them into your routine. Then we teach you how to program your training and to recover efficiently.

All our workshops are taught in an interactive way and we provide you with the resources and techniques to to implement the them yourself or with clients.

Group Coaching Weekend

This is a development focused coaching weekend aimed at amateur cyclists who would like to develop their knowledge and technique to become stronger on the bike.

Coaching weekends include:

  • Training Workshop

  • Strength & Conditioning for cycling master class

  • Nutriton Workshop

  • 2 x Coached outdoor rides

  • Free on site parking

  • Local accommodation discount

Coaching weekends are aimed at groups 4-8 participants, this could be maid up of one group or several individual parties.

One To One Coaching

One to one or small group training is a great way to progress towards your goal. It gives the coach more opportunity to have technical and motivational input, whilst creating more accountability for the client(s) through regular sessions.
